The law battle between two giant gadget developers, Samsung and Apple is still on process. After the court allowed Apple to observe the latest Samsung gadget’s prototype, it seems like Samsung has also announced their intention to see also Apple’s iPhone 5 and iPad 3 prototypes to fulfill their rights. They believed that to know iPhone5 and iPad 3 prototypes before it launched will help solve the case, though Samsung hasn’t yet able to provide detail explanation about that.
Last week, the court that handled the case, asked Samsung to give whatever it needed to Apple in order to clarify the problem, including to provide the prototype of Droid Charge, Infuse 4G, Galaxy S II, and also Galaxy Tab both 10.1 and 8.9 inch. This allows the Apple to see these gadgets closely and decide which one is involved to the case.
As it been announced by Gadget and Gizmos, so far it hasn’t been known which gadget had violated the Apple patent term. And in other hand, Samsung seems won’t only wait for their demand to see iPhone 5 and iPad 3 be fulfilled by the court. No matter what the result it will be, hope it will be the best result for both developers and to keep them on the right track for fair competition in the future.
